Sumisibol

Due to my abdominal cramps last night (which allowed me also to create one digiscrap layout), I wasn't able to go to work today. The cramps was still there early today and until this moment, there are still moments, when I need to sit or lie down to relax my abdominal muscles.

Since I have nothing to do here at home, I decided to put my spare time to good use by creating a digiscrap LO using the first-ever kit I bought a week ago - Crop Dreams Kit which I found from the digiscrap site of sis Lorie M. (a fellow digiscrapper and a sis in GT). I decided to buy this kit because of the unique elements in it, which is mostly Pinoy in nature, plus proceeds from the sale of the kit would go to a good cause (Opportunity House and the Pearl S. Buck Foundation).

For this layout, I used Zion's pic on board a jeepney (which is very Filipino in nature). Pic was taken at the Nayong Pililipino at the Clark Expo Zone in Pampanga. The word art in the LO - "Sumisibol" - aptly describes Zion, as he is a growing young Pinoy, exploring the things around him.

I like this one! Such a Pinoy design - a great subject for a great kit (that has a great cause).
